• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required after registration.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to x222 immediately.

All x222 services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. If a member registers with a false age, all transactions made on that account will be considered void.

X222 may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time to verify a member's age. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Deposits and withdrawals on x222 are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• The maximum single withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit — no alternative methods are permitted.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

X222 does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, payment gateway or bank fees may apply, and these are the member's own responsibility.

To prevent money laundering, x222 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and report them to the relevant authorities if necessary. Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Please read the specific rules for each event carefully before placing a bet on x222. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳100.
• The maximum stake for a single bet is determined by the specific event.
• Odds in live betting may change at any moment.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• X222 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

X222 regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals for members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• X222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be forfeited.

Any account found to be abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the system may have its bonuses revoked and the account closed.

A registered and verified account is required to participate in x222 lottery services. Each lottery draw is conducted on a set schedule and audited by an independent third-party auditor.

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Draw results are final and no appeals will be accepted.
• Prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large prize claims.
• A maximum of 100 tickets per account may be purchased for any single lottery.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x222. Any account found engaging in such conduct will be suspended immediately, and legal action will be taken where applicable:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking the system, or using bots or automated software.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

X222 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms violation.
• If suspicious financial activity is identified.
• If identity verification is not completed.
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
• For self-exclusion requests.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded through the standard process; however, bonus funds are non-refundable.

X222 platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. x222 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, or third-party issues.

• X222 is not liable for any bets or transactions lost due to internet disconnection.
• Claims based on market changes or odds adjustments will not be accepted.
• X222's total liability is limited to the amount deposited in the member's account.
